Our assessments are made on the merits. Affiliate commissions do not determine whether a product is recommended or how it ranks. Where a placement is paid, we label it clearly and do not present it as an independent assessment.
Accuracy and verification
We publish facts only when they are verified against a credible source with a recorded check date. We distinguish documentation-based overviews from hands-on testing, and we withhold figures we cannot confirm.
What we never do
- Invent reviews, ratings, review counts, expert profiles or lab results
- Use fake security scans, simulated threat warnings, countdown timers or false discounts
- Misrepresent an ad’s destination or auto-redirect visitors to a vendor
